Benefits included in each level of corporate sponsorship are described in PAIS Corporate Sponsorship Levels document. All rates apply per year: exception applies to Web “only listing” Advertisers.

Corporate Sponsorship Agreement

In exchange for the benefits to be provided by Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS), the undersigned PAIS corporate sponsor ªthe “Sponsor”) hereby agrees to the following:

  1. The Sponsor will not suggest or imply, in any written or oral communication, that PAIS has endorsed any of its products or services, or use PAIS’ name or logo in any form without express written permission.
  2. When communicating with PAIS member schools, the Sponsor will speak accurately and comprehensively about the strengths of its own products and services and not allege weaknesses in other competitor products.
  3. All PAIS mailing labels are for one-time use only. The Sponsor will furnish to PAIS the final copy of any item being sent using PAIS labels.
  4. PAIS reserves the right to revoke the Sponsor’s corporate sponsorship if it violates any of the above agreements, or if its business practices are deemed by PAIS to be discriminatory or inappropriate to the interests of its membership.
  5. If the Sponsor’s corporate sponsorship status is removed, for any reason, the Sponsor will not receive a refund on the balance of its current year’s fee.
  6. Upon approval of the company’s application, the designated company representative will be notified of the acceptance and will have 30 days to make payment. Benefits will commence upon receipt of payment and sponsorship runs annually from receipt of payment.

In the conduct of its official business, the Association does not discriminate on the basis of race, religious creed, ancestry, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, or handicapped status in violation of existing state or federal law or regulation.
