  • Provides a means to standard-based accreditation for schools preschool through grade 12.
  • PAIS informs members of national and state educational legislative issues and regulations.
  • PAIS sponsors or co-sponsors professional development workshops and conferences for teachers, administrators, trustees, and other school personnel.
  • A website provides:
    • a Calendar of Events
    • a Career Center for schools to post available positions and for the general public to search for positions
    • a searchable directory of member schools with information about each school and direct links to the school
  • The website provides a members only password protected area containing:
    • legislative information
    • information relating to state and federal compliance issues
    • general news and information of interest to member independent schools
  • The Executive Director and the PAIS Board of Directors offer an informal consulting service for trustees and administrators of member schools.
  • PAIS maintains statistics of member schools.
  • Members receive a directory of member schools that includes enrollment data and contact information for key administrators
