PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
A professional learning cohort program that provides an opportunity for female Heads of School to participate in a monthly facilitated roundtable experience, to confidentially share leadership experiences, and discuss curated leadership topics.
OBJECTIVES INCLUDE:
- Create a nurturing professional environment to safely share the challenges, opportunities, and achievements of leading
- Provide a network to collaborate, learn, and share best practices with experienced colleagues
- Offer a curated agenda and materials to promote engagement and learning
COST:
The cost of this program is tiered based on a school’s enrollment:
$950 for schools with less than 100 students
$1,250 for school between 100-400 students
$1,850 for schools with more than 400 students
(Includes dinner on 10/7/26 and lunch on 12/13/26)

MEET THE FACILITATOR: LUKIE WELLS
Lucretia “Lukie" Wells helps non-profits and independent schools build sustainable value while staying true to their mission. With a 35-year background in education and executive leadership, she founded LM Wells Consulting to support Heads of School, Executive Directors, leadership teams, and Boards of Trustees.
As a seasoned practitioner and former Head of School, Lucretia guides organizations through strategic planning, succession tracking, crisis management, and community alignment. Her tailored coaching and consulting create a safe, accountable, and highly productive atmosphere that transforms team dynamics and operational culture.
Please note that when you register for this first session on September 25 you are automatically registered for all sessions throughout the year (in-person and virtual). Additional information on each session will be provided prior to the gathering.
