AUTHORIZATION OF USE

Any person is authorized to view the information, images, texts, documents and all other content posted on the PAIS website for informational purposes only. PAIS may modify the terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting on the PAIS website. PAIS reserves the right to restrict access to its website or the contents contained therein. All users are responsible to review regularly the contents of this Notice to determine the terms and conditions contained herein.

SCHOOL PROFESSIONALS, EDUCATORS, AND PAIS MEMBERS

Professional educators and PAIS members may use the PAIS website to register for conferences and access other resources offered. If you provide personal information to PAIS, PAIS will use the information to fulfill your particular request and for other related business purposes. PAIS may also use your information to send you additional information about PAIS events and resources. If you provide PAIS with credit card or other financial information so that payment can be processed for a conference or other event, PAIS will only use that information to process your payment for the particular event that you are attending.

CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ARE NOT STORED

PAIS provides information to website visitors if requested from PAIS.  If you are a professional educator or member school, you may receive other materials from PAIS.  If you do not wish to receive information, please inform PAIS and you will be removed from the mailing list.

Certain areas of the PAIS website provide for the exchange of information between the user and PAIS. Any submission by the user becomes the property of PAIS and the user, by submitting such content, represents that it holds title to and the right to use such content and grants PAIS the right to use the content of those submissions in accordance with Association's privacy policy. In no event will PAIS or any of its affiliates be held liable for its use of such content.

The PAIS website may contains links to other websites maintained by PAIS member schools and other companies that are not affiliates of PAIS.  PAIS is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, and encourages you to use caution when visiting these sites.  In particular, PAIS recommends that you view the privacy notice posted on each such site to confirm that the site's policies are acceptable to you.

Individuals, who believe that their intellectual property rights have been infringed by unauthorized use of their protected works appearing on the PAIS website, may contact PAIS and request that the infringing materials be removed or that access to it be blocked.

The names, logos and taglines identifying PAIS products and services are proprietary marks of PAIS. Other trademarks appearing on the PAIS website may be owned by unaffiliated entities.
