Pennsylvania EITC Webinar

Following the elections, PAIS is offering a session on the current state and impact of EITC presented by Pat Hennessy, Partner at Barton Gilman LLP, where she co-chairs its education law practice. A nationally recognized education lawyer, her practice spans school code and administrative code compliance, special education, student discipline, contracts, employment and commercial litigation, and federal issues such as IDEA, Section 504, and Office for Civil Rights investigations. She also routinely advises private school administrators on school code compliance, federal statutes, and school safety.
